TIME-BOUNDED REQUIREMENTS SNAPSHOT GUARANTEE

Flowgen guarantees that each job packet includes:

1) a dated Requirements Snapshot (source URLs and access date), and

2) a documentation checklist derived from those published sources as of the job intake date.

This guarantee applies ONLY to the snapshot date. Flowgen does not guarantee ongoing applicability if regulations, guidance, or job conditions change after that date.

Flowgen provides compliance documentation operations and evidence packets. Flowgen does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory outcomes or enforcement decisions.

LIMITATIONS (REMOTE SERVICE)

Because Flowgen is not on site, Flowgen’s checklist is based on job facts provided by the client and documented by uploads and attestations.

MICHIGAN (MIOSHA) COVERAGE DISCLOSURE

Michigan operates an OSHA-approved State Plan (MIOSHA) covering most private-sector workplaces and all state and local government workers.

Exceptions that remain under federal jurisdiction include: federal employees, the U.S. Postal Service, maritime activities, mining activities, and domestic employment.

TERMS + RESEND OPTIONS

Flowgen delivers a time-bounded documentation packet based on published sources “as of” the snapshot date. Flowgen provides documentation operations and evidence packets, not legal advice, and does not guarantee regulatory outcomes or enforcement decisions.

Archive Retrieval / Resend Option

After closeout, the Proof Pack is locked and stored in archive for immediate retrieval upon demand. Archive retention: 12 months from closeout; resend available on request.
