Late Payment Rule

Flowgen does not begin work until required payment is received under the stated offer terms.

For any approved exception billing, payment is due on the date stated in writing. If payment is not received by that date, Flowgen may pause work, withhold deliverables, suspend further revisions, and decline future scheduling until the balance is paid in full.

Any exception to standard payment timing must be approved in writing before work begins.

Cancellation and Refund Rule

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final once files have been delivered or accessed. If a file is broken, missing, or inaccessible, Flowgen will correct the delivery issue.

Job Packet Sprint

If the client cancels before work begins, payment may be refunded minus any non-recoverable processing fees or intake work already completed, if stated in writing. Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable. If the client fails to provide required intake information or files, the project may be paused until inputs are received.

Records-Readiness Review

Scope changes, added sites, added jurisdictions, or newly introduced facts are not treated as cancellations. They require a new scope and fee.
