Revision policy

One bundled revision round is included.

The revision request must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

The revision round covers:

- factual corrections

- intake-alignment corrections

- agreed scope omissions

New scope, added jurisdictions, or newly introduced site facts are billed separately.

Turnaround

Standard delivery within 5 business days after all three conditions are met:

1. payment is cleared

2. intake is complete

3. required source documents are received

Rush delivery may be available by approval and additional fee.

Client responsibilities

The client must:

- provide complete and accurate intake information

- upload all required files

- respond to clarification requests promptly

- confirm job scope, site, and relevant conditions

- review deliverables within the revision window
